i see house centipedes in my room all the time!!! how do i get ride of them? i don't have any food in my room either!!
and there fast too so i can't catch them, i spray them with a Spray refreshener to slow it down...it works. but idk where thery keep coming from!!! its gross
any ideaa on how to get ride of them???

Get some bug killer and spray it outside of your house. The centipedes are coming from outside, so outside is where you must spray.

Ick! Death to all centipedes!!! No, I don't know what causes them to appear. Try calling a pest control service, maybe they could give you some ideas. I just checked on Wikipedia, and they say house centipedes feed on other insects. Like silverfish and earwigs. Could it be possible that you have those critters and don't know about it? Centipedes may the least of your worries. See, centipedes eat other insects. So, if they are visiting you a little too often for your liking, you may have another type of infestation.
Contact you local pest control technician!!!

You need to get bug spray and spray the outside of your home....If that doesnt work then call a bug man...

I live in the desert and I get centipede's and scorpions in my house.... I have to spray the perimeter of my house every month, then usually when they get in I find them dead..... they walk over it and then they groom themselves then die..... Seriously.....

Bug spray would probably kill them. You could also contact your local professional bug killers/ exterminators.
