I don't think it was your Pledge dust that did it unless it cleaned it to much, but here I found a link that will help you understand what is going on and you should be able to fix it. they even have pictures to show you.

Pledge has a wood-restoring oil in it that makes wood shiny. Try mopping the floor with a wet mop to get some of it off. Then, hand dry the floor with a cotton rag (It will absorb some oil) This should work, but if it doesn't, at least your floor is 'squeaky clean'
(Sorry for the pun)

Try putting baby powder in the spaces between. It provides a buffer where the edges rub. I got this idea from Tim the Tool man Taylor, and I have no more squeaks on my hardwood floor. By the way, thank you for the compliment a week ago. I like yours, too.

I wouldn't use pledge because it will make the floor too slippery. But for the squeaky try putting water on it?

Try a damp mopping to cut the oils or wax that may have been in the spray. A little moisture doesn't hurt the floor.

I think you will either have to use some actual hardwood floor cleaner. OR let it wear off.
