There are some solutions you can use. Try at a shop where they have things for cars. The things used for cars glass are stronger and last longer. One can use those for glasses also. Or you can try at the local pharmacy and see if they have any form of glycerin. If you explain what you need it for, they will know what to give you. Whatever you are using, just apply on the surface of the mirror and then clean with something soft, dry and clean.

I heard that you could use shaving foam on the mirror. Then wipe it off then you dont get the mirror steamed up.
Never tried it but it may work.

There are several ways...if there is a window, open it...if you have a floor fan or any other kind of fan, use it or better yet, use more than one...keep the door open to let the steam out into the rest of the house...or better yet use more than one or all of these recommendations together for better results.

There's a quick and easy way ... rub soap over the mirror and clean it. Steam won't stick no more, at least for a while. Then you might need to do it again.

Use a hair dryer to eliminate the steam. Blow dry your mirror. This works for me.

Leave the door open a little bit... all that steam may mildew after a while, but yeah. RainX

Have candles lit just in front of it so the almost touch it, this allows the heat from them to rise up and heat the glass making it warm enough so water does not condense on it.
