I have friends with both but their views clash.
I'm considering buying one for my uncle as a birthday present, since he's a builder and I'm sure he'd adore one.
Everytime I ask around I get a bunch of "Bosch is a much better make" or "Dewalt will last much longer"
And I've seen both and read about them and also used them but I still can't decide...

I have several sunflower plants growing in my back yard. Some of them have big flowers on them and are drooping. This is the first year I have grown sunflowers and I am not sure when to cut them down.

It is a 4 mo old Kenmore, and for the 2nd time in 6 weeks is NOT cooling the fridge side. Repairman was here & replaced a "defrost sensor"--which is supposedly a night-time auto-defrost switch.
It sounds like BS to me...anyone know anything about this, or should I tell them to come get this hunk of junk & get a refund???

someone recently bought me a very nice centerpiece bowl from Tiffany & Co. for my first home....problem is, I dunno what the heck to do with it, lol! What table does it go on? How can I best display it? What goes in it, if anything? Thanks.

PS these people are coming over to see the new home soon and I want to have this piece displayed....

here's a pic of it:

It's like a blendar type, similar to the big ones that are connected to trucks that shred down the tree branches, I am looking into buying a small portable one that I can carry around when doing work in the yard to eliminate the big pile of debris.

I just ordered a few hundred dollars worth of clothing and have been tracking it with the tracking number provided by fedex. I went to track the package today and it said it had been delivered and left on the doorstep. I left work to go get it and nothing was there. It did not require a signature so he should have left it reguardless. Is there any reason that the website says shipped and he may not have made it out there yet? is that a possibility? if not then i know someone took it off my pourch. in that case what happens? again it was about 300 dollars worth of clothing.

I like modern style furniture. I dont like alot of color, just a clean empty look. I've read somewhere it was called "minimalist modern" or something like that. If you've ever seen MTV cribs, the one with Moby is a good idea for what Im going for.

Where are some good websites or books with these type of designs? Im having a hard time finding ways to hide things, etc... to get such a clean look.

There's a node, bump, "nipple" looking thing at the base of my orchid(where the leaves sprout). This bump is green like the plant, and looks as if it's growing out of the plants base. I'm just curious, is this the new flowering spike that 's growing? or something else. the old spike has been cut, and the plant has produced a new leaf already. The plant is very healthy, this I already know. It receives enough light from the artificial flourescent grow light and the light from the window.

My smoker roommate is moving out this weekend and I want to wash the walls down. My ultimate hope is to get the apartment to smell clean. The walls aren't stained or anything, they're still white. I just want to make sure I have a clean start.

I've read through some of the past answers to this question and I'm still not sure. I was going to use TSP, but then read that it can ruin your carpets and I live in an apartment. I also read that it is bad for pets and I have a cat.

Will dish washing detergent really get the job done? What's the ratio for soap and water?

What about white vinegar? And again what are the ratios?

I can't possibly use a magic eraser throughout the entire apartment either, just for the scuff marks and stuff.

Please help! I just want a clean home!!
