I agree with Jamie T call a plumber, but, here it is:
The only way to do it is to install a shower liner which you can buy at a Home Depot. It is a gray thick PVC membrane that gets laid out on the shower floor before you put the mortar that will provide the slope to the drain. The shower liner is tacked to the sides of the shower with corrosion resistant screws which are also found in Home depot. The drywall must be replaced with duraroc or some other cementitious board.Once the shower liner is screwed directly to the studs, you install the duraroc over it. Then you pour the mortar over the liner making sure that it will drain .(protect the drain so no concrete will go in it). Pouring the concrete past the point where the duraroc is will make the seal you need. (about 2 to 3 inches from the original floor). Trowel the concrete as smooth as you can, always making sure that it will drain. Once it dries, you can install the tile.
Good luck.

You do need to install what is called a shower pan, that is made of PVC. But this requires a special drain (FHA) and the shower pan has to be installed a certain way. You should leave this part to a plumber but some tile guys can do it as well. But this need to be done right or you will have problems down the road.

You need to install a waterproof membrane. This can be found at Home Centers. The tile goes on top of it.

Call your local plumber and have them to install a pan or liner. This needs to be done by someone who knows what they are doing or you will have problems later.
