I have been told that you need 2 vines, male and female to actually get fruit on the passionfruit vine ,is this true? Also can you start the vines off from seed or is it better to have the grafted ones?

I have a tri-level home and the central AC unit won't cool the top level. Main level is kitchen, dining, living rooms, half bath, lower level is den and garage, and upstairs is bedrooms and baths. Den stays REALLY cool. Main level is pretty cool as well, but the upstairs is always about four degrees hotter than the mail level. You wouldn't think four degrees would be a big difference, but with temps. in the triple digits this year it did! There's a big difference between 85 and 89 when you're trying to sleep! Someone suggested installing a separate unit for the upper level. Someone else suggested replacing the current unit with a dual zone unit. My power bill has been $450 plus for the last few months. My house is pretty well insulated, so I really think it's just that the unit isn't proficient. It's not that old either and is serviced twice a year. Any suggestions??

I have a website http://www.butterfliesbirdsandblooms.com and will be redesigning soon and looking for ideas of what I should do with it. Should I make it public forum where people exchange ideas and pictures? Should I make it informational? Any ideas?

until she fixes the problems?I have been living in this house for 4 yrs now I started noticing problems the first year during the winter mold started growing on the ceiling and all over the hall and in all the rooms on same side of walls, and there is water leaking out from under the bathroom shower that is also causing damage I told the landlord about the broken pipes and the moister causing mold to grow and this is what she said; I will get it fixed this summer, Summer came and nothing was done. So I bought the mold resistant paint myself and cleaned the whole house with bleach and painted it. It's not bad during the summer But as soon as winter comes I have the same problems and now my furniture is damaged with mold I don't know what to do? I have receipts of purchases I've made for the house and pictures. I have two daughters ages 2 and 5 and I won't let them use the bathroom they use their potty chairs I'm afraid they'll slip in the bathroom. Please give me some advise thank you

We are installing tile floors ourselves and my husband has been a bit careless with the dust from the hardi backer. He has cut the stuff without wearing a mask. He has laid it in the living room and foyer and the tile won't be here for probably 2 weeks. How bad is this? Does it take a lot of exposure to get silicosis or only a little. My son and I both have sore throats but people in this area are getting fall allergies . In our case we can't tell if it's that or these dusty boards.

I imagine it's probably just one of those weird things that goes away and no biggie...

But my kitchen has never smelled like this before. It's got that sharp smell of nail polish (maybe nail polish remover?) or some cleaning agents. I haven't used any new cleaning stuff, but I did have a ballpoint pen that leaked that I put in my sink while I worried about cleaning up the mess... maybe that's it?

So... does anyone have a clue what this means? Like I said, I realize it's probably nothing, but it'd be a real shame if my house blew up because I didn't recognize the signs.

In the house I've lived in for almost three years, we have lost significant water pressure in our kitchen. I used to be able to use our dishwasher with little problem, now I can barley rinse the dishes I do by hand. It's down, almost, to a trickle. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?
