It isn't safe to mix these chemicals. "Mixing CLR with chlorine (or any other household chemical) is not safe and could result in toxic fumes." http://www.jelmar.com/CLRbasic.htm

You should try Bon Ami. It defogs windows and mirrors. Cleans and polishes glass, windows, mirrors, and much more. Also, it is a natural product. It has been around since 1886, so it has worked well for over 120 years.

dawn will smear your glass, I used it on my semi truck when driving in winter conditions over the road, mixed with jet dry and clr I don't know. be very carful mixing these chemicals, you may create a toxic mix that takes your skin off or a ventilation hazard that can kill, like chlorine gas when bleach and ammonia are mixed.

Probably helped if i knew what you were asking? but if you want a good glass cleaning method try the wax you use for the car you get a clear clean look and it beed the water. and i use it with the bathroom fixtures, mirror and i use it more than i do my furniture polisher. Use a t-shirt matierial and buy one of the soft car rags to polish

I don't use Dawn for anything - tears the skin right off my hands. Sounds like not the best solution for glass cleaner. Try vinegar or ammonia instead (not together).
