Does anyone know which cornus variety this type of dogwood belongs to? The flowers are not huge, but there are four white leaves which form into a tip and the tip is coloured pink. I would love to find this plant for my 82 year old mother for whom it has great sentimental value and I'm not having much luck

I'm used to get very "Crisp" shirts back from the dry cleaners which seems to keep the shirt from wrinkling up for a good part of the day. Recently, I went out and bought some No-Iron shirts from Lands End and Brooks Brothers. When they come out the laundry they are indeed without wrinkles, but through-out the course of the day they seem to wrinkle pretty easy. Any suggestions?

The folks that lived here before me put ceramic tile on the hall floor and now tha door drags duh...I am very home maintenance oriented but I cannot figure how to get the door out to cut it....My cabnet installer looked at it and said yup you got a problem you have to rip the dry wall off the hall side to get at the door to ( i need to cut off or adjust it up 1/8 to1/4 inch ) I cannot beleive that there is no adjustment or that to get the door out you have to rip the wall apart but I cannot figure it out its like an IQ test I am blowing... Help...thanks Lenny

I am sort of new at cement but dont want to hire anyone to do it. And if anyone can, please give me step by step instructions on how to do this project... PLEASE!!!!

I need more privacy in my back yard and on one side, I have a 5 ft fence. Can I buy 6 ft. panels, planks, and just nail them to the 2x4 cross boards or will this make it too heavy for the posts etc. It is my fence, I paid for it.

The bannister on the staircase near same wall also vibrates, but I cannot hear any type of similar noise when I go outside. Could other traffic noises be masking the source? It goes on all night long and cannot be heard in other parts of the house. I do not have on any electronics near that wall and cannot figure out why it is doing it.

I have paid a lot of money to get my house built. I have recently moved in and have a list of fairly minor faults that need to be recitified. My problem is that the building supervisor tends to brush off my concerns. He does not reply to phone messages or letters until I have pursued him repeatedly. I finally got him to my house today to fix a leak in the pipes. He insisted the leak was fixed, but as he left I noticed the leak was still going and had to stop him as he backed down my drive (with the radio on, eating a sandwich, and talking on his phone). I only got him to come back in after he had done a lot of swearing. When he got back he discovered the pipe had a crack he had missed before (this was his third attempt)!! Every minor issue with the house takes this sort of trouble to get him to fix it? I am becoming a nervous wreck because of this. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can better deal with these issues in future?
