I already have spinach and lettuce....Italian and elephant garlic...rhubarb is peeping through....My thyme, oregano and chives are looking nice and want the company of parsley, rosemary and sage....My kohl rabi took a beating from a cold snap, but it is coming along.....Also, my family plans on planting Blue Lake bush beans, Zucchini, Okra, TOMATOES, cucumbers, eggplant, sweet potatoes, sweet peppers, carrots, and in one corner of the garden I plant a large circle of sunflowers---this is where the children play, hide from weeding and have adventures(where I can still see them). Who knows what else we will pick once we are at the seed racks? I love digging in the dirt...

Besides the normal veggies I am planting a strawberry bed again. I enjoy weeding around the berry plants more then the veggies. At least I can eat and weed at the same time.
