Does anyone know which cornus variety this type of dogwood belongs to? The flowers are not huge, but there are four white leaves which form into a tip and the tip is coloured pink. I would love to find this plant for my 82 year old mother for whom it has great sentimental value and I'm not having much luck

Just sounds like a regular old dogwood, cornus florida.

this is just a regular flowering dogwood. Remember when planting this tree that it likes partial shade. You can usually find these at any gardening center. Also try treehelp.com
