any chemicals in daily life items that can be used for that purpose? like, lemon? or really effective ways to remove it?

Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle it with salt. This makes a nice scrubber.

may i know what type of pot u have? if it is a claypot, try get some soil, filter to get the finest soil and rub it on the burn stains. It's effective on claypots.
