I have 2 windows that have condensation in the double glazed panels , The black rubber seals are broken on them at 1 part . Can I get them resealed ? Will this help take away this unsightly water streaking or do I need new brand new windows? My double glazing is 13 years old and only 2 windows are like this and have been for several years.

I am making a random pattern mosaic on my front prorch (concrete surface). I have boxes of 12 x 12 tiles and I'm trying to break them so they won't be a uniform shape and won't have any straight edges.
Problem is...EVERYTHING I've used to cut or break these tiles causes it to shatter! It's softer than most tiles and is made up of layers, so I can't get a clean break. I can get maybe 1 good piece for my mosaic out of a 12 x 12 tile and I'd get 3-4 pieces from a different type of material/tile.
Here is what I've tried so far: tile nippers, score and crack device, hammering it, cracking it over the edge of a concrete stair, dropping it...
Anyone ever have success breaking or shaping this stuff? I have a tile saw, but that would give me a straight line/cut and I want uneven edges that look natural.
Thanks!

I am looking for a slatwall panel near Upland, California. Home Depot and Lowes don't carry it. I can buy it online, but EVERYONE sells massive panels that are 4' x 8' and around $100 + shipping.
I only need 2 pieces that are around 2' x 2'. Also, I'd prefer to buy it at a store rather than pay for shipping.
Any ideas where I might find this?
Thanks! Heidi

I didn't know anything about starting them indoors and now I am reading all this stuff on them and I'm worried. My mom passed away this winter and she was the one to do all this stuff and I've never really payed attention. Actually she always just bought flowers. Anyways. I planted them well after any chance of frost and I water them everyday. They are in a mostly sunny partly shady area which they called for. I also planted a vine. Should I just count it as a loss and go buy flowers or do you think there is hope?

I am just enquiring because I have a business that is starting that allows the consumer to purchase most items and then have my company come out and build them for you at a reasonable rate. Examples like childrens swings, outdoor settings, IKEA items, BBQ's, indoor furniture and more. A lot of people I am sure would rather the quality time with their family as opposed to spending time building items that only frustrate them.

And they sprayed PAM nonstick stuff on it, but sprayed WAY too much. It's caked on there now. I've scrubbed off what I could, but there's like a sticky film. How can I magically get this off my pan?
I've already tried various forms of liquid detergent and scrubbing.

I live in a rental house in Hollywood and it does not have a air conditioner. I was looking at a portable AC, but found them at costco for $500 (tooo much). I heard Swamp Coolers are great in the dessert, but what about in L.A?

Also, if I was to get a regular AC, will it work without having to put it into a window?

They take old rough lumber and put this stuff called Bee's wax ( not sure I am spelling it right ) on it and some how, heat it up with a torch and paint it and it looks real primitve. Now I am not sure if they are painting first but it is smooth when it is finished, you can you tell me how it works?
