YES- your bathroom is 42 square feet, according to your measurements- so 450 sq. ft. of tile can cover it ten times over- you can do your kitchen too! good luck, tiling is hard work.

Whoa, that's a small bathroom...
I think you mean 7' by 6', (7 feet by six feet); in which case, yes. (" is the sign for "inches", FYI)
In fact, you'll only need one tenth of that amount of tile, as 7 x 6 = 42 sq/ft.

I assume you meant 7' x 6'. Sure it will! That's only 42 square feet. You could do ten bathrooms with that much.

If your tile cutting is as good as your math it may be close. Make sure they have a couple hundred square feet left in stock just to be safe.
