It all depends, but it usually varies between 1-4 ears. Each stalk might produce different amounts.

Of the varieties of sweet corn I have grown, I have never had more than 2 ears per stalk. This was also what the seed package stated.

At least two, perhaps three, depending how strong the plant is. It also may depend on species. Hopkins
