We don't have a patio and I have no idea how to build one without interferring with other existing structures. We'd like an outdoor sitting area, though. Can outdoor furniture be put just on the grass? If so, does it matter what kind?

Please don't suggest picnic tables. They're too hard on my husband's back.

I have two small bathrooms with wainscoating (SP?) and I'd like to redo them. I'd like to leave the wainscoating - I plan on painting that white- but how should I paint the walls? Any ideas? I'm open to all colors, but I'd like to make the bathroom seem more open and clean looking.

My old washer and dryer stopped working and are out of warranty. Does anybody know what kind I should buy? I don't have any specific needs except I want ones that will last long, not need many repairs, and are priced reasonably.

I watch a natural look for in between some flagstone I'm laying for a sidewalk and patio. I found a recipe for making my own moss but someone told me it won't work in direct sunlight. Is this true? If so, what else could I use that would be natural looking?

I have a very large untreated (not painted or stained) cedar deck and gazebo in my backyard and I have squirrels chewing on it. I need to figure out something to spray on it that isn't stinky (since this is an area that we entertain in) that will repel the squirrels.
I have read all over the internet that they don't like hot pepper but all of the advice is for keeping the animals off plants. Does anyone know what I can mix the hot pepper into that won't discolor or damage the wood?
I would prefer a "home remedy" on this so I don't have to keep ordering stuff over and over - I have a feeling this is going to be a long term problem.
Thanks!

The all of the outlets on one side of my bedroom do not work, also the overhead light doesn't work. The outlet in my bathroom does'nt work, but the overhead light and exhaust fan do. The outlet in my sons bathroom on the other end of the house went at the same time. We have checked the circuit breaker nothings thrown and we tested all of the circuits. The outlet in my bathroom had a reset button which was blown (we couldn't reset it) we bought a new one and installed it. We still have no power since fixing that. The outlet in my sons bathroom doesn't have a reset button. There is the possibility that he got water in the outlet, but I don't think so. I don't know how the trailer is wired. There are no diagrams and it seems to be wired really weird (the things hooked up to a circuit are all over the place). Also the circuit breaker isn't really labelled well,. We don't have the money to hire an electrician and our landlord refuses to get it fixed. So any help's appreciated.

Everytime I flush my toilet the water in the bowl fills up as it should. Then later when I go back, the water in the toilet bowl has almost disappeared. At this point I have to flush the toilet twice before waste is taken away.

A friend has just built his own house and had a pipe from the mains gas run outside to the patio with the aim of getting a BBQ that he didn't have to worry about replacing the gas bottles. Professionally done so no problems there. He has tried the web and although plenty come up on Google when you go to the site they haven't actually got what he is after. They refer to natural gas in a container not from the mains. The only one found was a catering BBQ range (for hotels and such) which did connect to the mains but it was 20,000k! Does anyone know if these things actually exist and where you can get them from? Any help appreciated.
