I currently have vinyl on my bathroom floor and would like to put ceramic tile on top of this, but I worry that the 1/4" additional height of the tile will not allow for a tight seal for the toilet to the waste line in the floor. I really don't want to have to change the subfloor or any plumbing, if possible.

OK I live in the city and have great water pressure in my shower.
could I take some pvc piping, 1/4 to 1/2 or whatever in diameter, make a square the size of the shower with tubes in the square (would look like a bbq grill but made of pvc piping.) Put small holes in the piping every 1/2 or 1 inch or so. Suspend it above my head and hook it into the shower.
Would I get any kind of pressure out of it? Do you think it would make a good shower?
Would be cool to do a rebcage type thing where you had spray from your neck to your ankles ising the same type of system
No I am not smoking weed.

The reason I am asking is the soil does not look like the natural soil you have in nature. It is darker and just not as dense. Just not like something you would find in nature. The bean plant seems to like it a lot, but I just was not sure if the benas are ok to eat. Anyone use the same type of "artificial" soil to grow vegetables?

I want to toss out my mower. I have a 20 X 15 foot lot behind my house that I would like to tear up the grass and replace it with something 'lower maintenance.' The 'No-Mow' grass seems like a lot of work, but I do want something green that I can tread upon.

Any ideas? The alternative is to cover the entire thing with mulch, which is no fun to sit on in the summer.

I've been thinking about selling quilt blocks for quilters. Also quilt squares. Maybe even a pieced quilt top. Would those kind of things go over good on e-bay? What do you think about pay pal?

I need to put down a new linoleum floor. I know Yuk! Yes tile would be better. But it's for a rental property. What would be the best tool to use to cut it? I need to put it around the cab.'s and existing toilet. So I will be needing to make curved cuts. How???
