yes on a delicate wash and rather cold water , putting them in the dryer I´m not to sure I would just hang them outside to dry if possible ,they dry very quick

Yes it is,but I wouldn't put the sheets in the dryer for longer than 6 or 7 minutes.If you can hang dry them that is the best solution.

Yes put a bounce in the dryer to calm down the wrinkles!

cold water only and then the coldest setting on the dryer.
