I assume you mean Hemlocks, they are very slow growing trees. I sprouted one from seed like 2 months ago and its not even an inch tall yet

As with the other's, I will assume, you mean Hemlock. A good acid soil and proper fertilization will mean you have a sturdy plant for years to come. Making the plant grow faster is like asking God to make my life go slower. It will grow two to one, meaning, two inches verticle and one inch horizontal. The total growth, per season willl vary, and, depend on the water and fert available to the plant.
If you planted a hedgerow of these plants good luck. They are prone to insect and blights, etc. If you want it as a focus point forget it. It simply does not work. This is simply not a plant that professionals use unless it is asked for. It is more trouble than it is cost. Sorry, it is the truth. Better you know now and replace than find a bigger bill removing the pest. Good Luck.

What are helocks ? google don't know either. you don't mean hollyhocks do you ? They are one plant which grows pretty much at it's own pace. 24hour lighting may help and a little miracle grow.

Nothing. It would be easier to get a kid to grow taller. Impossible.
