We have a DFS leather 3 seater sofa, its about 18 months old. IT HAS REALLY LOST ITS FIRMNESS, IS THERE ANYTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT? OR IS IT ANY EASY REPAIR FOR AN EXPERT?

ring dfs they are excelent i dint work for them !
tell them your problem they will try and resolve
i never have an worries calling them no matter the problem would have another seat of them

Ok ok dont get excited :)
U need to look at what kind of spring system it has.
Take the cusghions off. If they aree as they always were, lok at the springs. You may have busted one and an apolsterer might be able to fix it

does it have cushions that lift up? only thing i can suggest is those wooden board things that bring it back to life when you sit down
you know its like 6 slats of wood encased in material
