If you mean you want to start them indoors and then set them out, get some seed-starter kits (wal-mart, Lowes etc). They are tiny pots in trays . Put 2 or 3 seeds in each pot with potting soil. Water them & set them in a sunny location. Water as the soil becomes dry. After they come up, thin the plants to only 1 per pot. After all danger of frost is over, plant them outside wherever you choose. Good Luck!

get some small pots (1 inch diameter) and some peat moss. Jiffy mix is a good one. You can find it at walmart. just sow the seeds in there, the packet should tell you how deep and set them in a warm, sunny area. It also helps to use a desk lamp with a flourescent light bulb over them. Also, you can put a heating pad underneath the pots to speed up germination.
good luck!
