My company uses a certain product that deodorizes that type of smell..... also works on dead animal stink :/ im not sure what exactly the name is but you mix it in with wate and power spray!!!
i had to chase a skunk out of a house one time... OMG i have never smelled anything as horrid as a live skunk spray.... EWWW!!! my nose hurt and my eyes burned..... at least my customers had a laugh :D they did 2 weeks and fabreeze lmao!

You can't , you gotta get him out, get a stiff wire and a flashlight and when you see him under there put a hook in the wire that you can snag him with and drag him out. you can try a bleach solution and spray it down there. You might try spraying frebreeze down there. In three weeks most of the odor will be gone. Just don't invite folks over until then.
