It used to pour out whenever the central heating was on, but lately it's been constantly pouring.

It's not the toilet overflow as some people have suggested.

The pipe is coming from just under the roof, so i imagine it's from the loft.

Any ideas?

I recently moved into a new apartment, and for the first week, my mirror never fogged up while I was in the shower. ( Very nice for shaving right away!) Once I cleaned the mirror with Windex, It started fogging up during every hot shower. That leads me to believe that there is some product out there that doesn't let my mirror fog up.

What room or what feature of your house makes the biggest difference to you in the way you live?

What do you appreciate most about your home?.

Please also give your age and gender.

As a realtor I have found that people don't consider this enough when they buy a home and they focus on things that are less important.

You know those web-sites where you can name your own price. Just wondering if there was one for appliances. I put a search in but did not come up with one for that. I wanted to get a new washer and dryer but do not like the price in the store. Thank you very much!

Our receint ice storm apparently killed my darn pump. I didn't know until today when I finally got time to go out and check on things in the yard. I have had my pond covered up but I was fairly sure it wasn't running. I checked it both plugged up to the heavy duty extention cord and straight into the GFCI. It keeps popping the GFCI so I am assuming it is just the pump itself. I checked the plug with a sander and it ran the sander fine. I also checked the extention cord... it ran it fine too. Is there anything else I can do to maybe revive it? I have it in a bucket of water right now, I thought maybe the cord just needed to dry out.

My furnace keeps going off even though I have it set to hold the temperature at 70. This will happen randomly with it working for a while and then it goes off and the temperature in the house drops to 65 or lower. If I go to the fuse box, remove the 15 amp fuse and then put the same fuse back in, the furnace starts up again immediately and the house gets warm again. It is a standard 100 amp service to the main box. This has happened about four times over the past few days. I will really appreciate any and all serious answers - thanks very much in advance.
