Traditionally used by the elderly.. and people in bed... You can put your food plate on them or a laptop etc... Just a small one that folds away...?

Any ideas?

We have a 1+ year old garbage disposal that is leaking so badly out the bottom that it flooded our cleaning products plastic container! Is there any hope for it or should we replace the whole thing? And, do we have to buy "top of the line" or is a "budget" model good enough?

We have a leak in our sink and it has been flooding the area under it. Most of the water has been contained in a plastic container under there, but it appears that over time, some mold has grown on the wall and the bottom. I want to make sure that I clean it up properly and that it won't come back again. What should I use to get rid of it for good?

Situation: I bought a house that has an infinite amount of potential to be added. One of the biggest changes besides the kitchen that i am doing is changing out a dropped ceiling on an entire floor of a house.(See other question) The house is on the market for 205K.

Question: How much value do you think would be added by changing out the ceiling? Alot, a little, 10% etc.....

I have installed an adjustable curtain rod which adjusts to any size between 30" - 48". This results in the rod having a joint in the middle. Everytime I move my curtains the rings tend to get stuck on the joint. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have put metal bands around the trunk but they jump over it. I have placed small fencing around the papaya tree to stop them from eating the fruit from the top. Once I placed metal screen around the fruit. I have put metal bands around the telephone poles to stop them from climbing and then jumping on to my trees.

long legs. Every time I find a leather sofa it's either too rigid or you sit too straight up in it. I haven't found one yet that's reclining and also plush.
