First of all, the only thing that really gets rid of it for good is bleach. Wash your wall with bleach.

However, if the condensation problem continues, you'll get mold and bacteria again....and again....

So, if you can't get rid of the problem of the condensation, I suggest that you use kitchen & bathroom paint, which is mold and bacteria resistant. It's also easier to wash it off, if ever you get more...

You need to solve the problem as mold and bacteria are real health hazards....

Very dangerous stuff. Truly the best way is to remove and replace the section of wall affected. You might find some interesting growth behind the wall board too and thus the best is to remove it and have a look. There are licensed pros out there for this type of thing if there is a "lot" of it visible. One can get very sick working with mould so be careful disturbing it. Masks needed are expensive but worth one's health.

Correct the source of the problem (moisture) in order to prevent it in the future. For the removal of mold use 100% bleach with proper ventilation and clothing. If you have respiratory disease than in one gallon of water add 2 1/2 cups of bleach and dish soap detergent (ammonia free), proceed with proper clothes and ventilation and wash all you walls.
