You have to bleach it, as bleach is the only thing that kills it. :) Good luck!

Spray bottle of bleach and water. Recommended is 1 part bleach to 5 parts water. Use rubber gloves, paper towels and throw in trash.
But, the location sounds like u have a leak at the vent pipe at the roof level, get it corrected, then after clean up, us KILZ primer and repaint

Take a rag you do not want to use again for anyting else--soak the rag in Straight Clorox, be sure to NOT get any on your clothing or bath linens....and saturate the spot, letting the bit of rag hold the moisture in place while you go to work or such--it ought to kill and bleach the dark spot away.

Mould usually appears when their is an insufficient amount of ventilation it will usually always reappear unless you fix the cause of it first as for getting it out of the corners bathroom mould killer stay clear of high concentrates on painted surfaces as you may damage your paintwork

in addition to the use of any detergent, always expose the room to a flow of fresh air , wipe with either cold or warm water or both.
