Was it as difficult as all the hype ? What was the hardest part?

Estimates for having done are 8-10K, just can't pay that.

I have heard you can get people in who will change the colour of your bathroom suite, but i can't find it anywhere on the internet. I need to change it from cream to white. Would it be cheaper to just buy a new budget suite?

I was given part of an Angels Trumpet seed pod from one of my students. Anyone know how to get the seeds to germinate? (sticking them in dirt didn't seem to work). Also, how long do they take to germinate?

We have a Bradford White gas hot water heater that isn't working properly. We'torn it apart and cleaned everything and have seemingly figured out what is wrong with it but we aren't totally sure. What is happening is, a green control light comes on the pilot sparks and lights, then the pressure switch (TDI, Inc.) starts clicking and it shuts down. We have found that if we clamp off the pressure tube leading to the switch the pilot light will stay light and the water will heat, but then the vent gets really hot so we don't want to continue to do this because it's most likely not the safest thing. We are thinking that it is a bad pressure switch; but someone else told us that they rarely go bad and our vent could be blocked. We went outside and checked the vent and it appears clear. Should we replace the pressure switch or is it most likely something else? I don't want to hunt down a switch if that is not going to fix the problem. Also, is there any other way to check the vent?

I have 4 round, 3 ft. high evergreen bushes in front of my house that have been there for more than 20 years. They are too 6" too high to see the window planters behind them. They are also out over the sidewalk. When is the best time to prune them, and how much can I cut them back and still have them green in the spring and summer? When we trim them back from the sidewalk a few inches, we just get brown ugly branches showing.

Hi. Accidentally I spilt bleach into an iron vessel and when I washed it out, I saw that the entire area where the bleach came into contact with the vessel was now black, due to the bleach. Is there any way of removing these stains from the vessel, as I love that vessel. Thanks very much.

When it rains hard and the wind is blowing pretty good my roof leaks over my garage. It's been doing it for about 2 years and now part of the ceiling in my garage is soiled good and plaster is falling off. I've had the roof worked on twice over a year ago. Should I tear part of the ceiling apart and discover where the water is leaking or what would you suggest.

I found a picture that I love of a beach scene with the ocean, It has beach sand, the ocean and the brownish yellow plants that grow around oceans. I would like to decorate the whole room around that picture. I need help!! My ceiling is white (tiles). I have a non working fireplace but I can dress it up to look like it works. I thought I could put the picture over it.
On the other side of the room there are 2 windows next to each other. It is the first room a person walks into when entering the apt. I thought about windowseats along the wall with the windows but I just don't. Also what kind of furniture would be appropriate. Right now it's empty. The picture has pink, several shades of blue, green, yellow I guess mostly pastel colors with some strokes of brown and black. The next room is the kitchen and those colors are white and green (ivy decorations). Any helpful ideas will be appreciated. I should mention money ($$) IS an object, but I can work w/ your ideas. Thanks!
