What's the best way to fix this leak? I'd rather not drain the unit and replace the faucet. Can I just put a brass hose cap on there? Its a decent hot water heater but the drain faucet looks to be very cheap plastic. Didn't last more than 2 years. This is what I get for trying to be good and draining a little water out of there every few months.

I am replacing the sheetrocked walls in a motel room and the walls are all rotted out from moisture. On the back, it's all that black mold! Is this hazardous?

I have a 220 volt line and would like to make an outdoor outlet on the opposite/outside wall. I can run the wiring through the wall but would like to also have 110 volt supply for lighting and 220 volt for heating. Do I just need a fuse box and outlets?

I have only shrubs growing and lavender which seems to love this type of soil, but I wanted to landscape, I water and it is still hard I cant get my pit fork in without bending the prongs. What products should I use to soften the soil and make it more suitable for most plants? It’s a rock hard mess at the moment, and I wanted to get it prepared for next planting season.

I live in an apartment complex and as much as I hate to touch other peoples' clothes, I cant stand when their washing or drying is finished and they dont bother to pick them up for hours. Meanwhile I have clothes to wash. Do you take out their clothes or just wait?

Ok there is this house that I really want to buy. The trouble is that the floors slope and the doors wont shut because they arent lined up correctly. There is obviously some trouble with the foundation. The owner told me of a beam that is broken along the back of the house and you can see where one side of the house slopes. But in other areas in front of the house and in other rooms it slopes then goes back up, its not all local to that beam that is broken. Any idea what could be the cause? Any idea on the costs to repair it? I am guessing it will be a big expense but I really want this house.

The shower curtain from my dorm is annoying. I think it's just the lining for a curtain. Anyway, it's beige and vinyl, I think. Everytime I take a shower, it billows out into the tub, so I have to keep pushing it back. How can I get it to stop?
