what do i need to reduce the 200 amp main on the pole, to 100 amp so i can hook up the main wires from my home?

I am keeping my home a 100 amp service, not converting it to 200 amp.

Why does our home gets so dusty?
We do not have any pets in the home.
We live in the city.
We can dust our home and there will be more dust within a couple of days.
I realize this happens, but the amount of dust is way above average.
How can we remedy this problem?

I am 17 years old, and I am very, very, VERY messy. I've got clothes all over the floor (dirty AND clean), facial wipes all over my bed and floor, hairballs on the floor, and receipts, granola bar wrappers, TONS of coins, cosmetics, and gum wrappers all over my counter and the pile of skateboards, keyboard pianos, art kits, and shoes are LITERALLY up to my hips. (No joke). I am not happy with myself. Seriously, it looks like JCPenney's and Kwik-ee Mart barfed in my room. I've been like this my whole life, and all my mother does is scream at me about it. How can I MAKE myself become a neater person - and actually be naturally inclined to be neater and not such a slob.

My neighbors own a car detailing business & have about 5 vehicles on our street. We live on opposite corner houses. Meaning they have two sides of their house to park & a driveway, yet they always park on our side of the street. Sometimes my guests have to park in front of other neighbors houses because the spaced by our house have been taken by the other neighbors. It's really frustrating to come home & these folks are parked where I think I should be. I am being petty, or I am entitled to say something>? Help!~KIMBO

I think Sharon Osborune had a great idea to install a urinal for Ozzy. I think a personal urinals might give a husband a sense of "this is mine" and perhaps lessen the wife's complaining about pee being everywhere except in the toliet. YOUR THOUGHTS...

The sum pump had went out and this was the cause of the flood in the basement. The seller (bank owned) had the basement clean and replaced the sum pump they also had the drains in the floor cleared. The problem is where a week from closing...the house is great for it to be sold "as is" got a great deal, however the seller turn off the electric and the basement flooded again. We are worry about mold and if this going to be a problem with the house. Also should the sum pump be replaced again or is this going to be a lemon house. Should we continue to buy this house or runnnnnnnnn!

The faucet is the original from 1921..a speakman dial that is chrome and porcelain. It turns counterclockwise at least twice and never reaches more than luke warm. The previous owners had kids..could they have changed the temperature or is it because of old plumbing in that bath?

Hi! We rent a house in Dallas, Texas. Normally the problem we have is the heat! However, when I went to turn the heater on this morning...it would only blow cold air. I have tried turning it from "auto" to "on"....moving the heat up to 90 degrees and down to 60 degrees. I have left it alone for several hours to see if it would heat up..but nothing. Any ideas.
