I as many home owners have a problem. We build a home in an area. We build an avarege footage size home, and added much more to it such as a paved road, pond, pool, outside lights, inground wiring, and other outside eminities.
Inside the same is done, such as stain glass on doors, oversized garage, phones in all rooms,as well as tv hook up.
Granet counters, custtom fixtures, deck, and many other emenities..

QUESTION IS?
WHY IS THIS HOME COMPAIRED BY APPRAISERS TO OTHERS OF SAME FOOTAGE SIZE, WHICH HAS LESS AND COST LESS TO HAVE IT AS THIS ONE DID, AND GIVEN THE OTHER HOMES VALUE, TO YOURS, when they are worst byuild and has less??.

IN OTHER WORDS CAN YOUR HOME REGARDLESS TO HOW MUCH YOU PUT INTO IT, HAS NO MORE VALUE THAN YOUR NEIGHBORS.

iF THAT IS THE CASE THAN WHY, IS IT THAT SOME same size HOMES ARE SOLD FOR A MILLIOM AND OTHERS FOR THOUSANDS, IN THE SAME NEGHBORHOOD, OR AREA to celebrties, clingtons, madona and alike, where is the system .??
a fair sysetm

I have tried many commercial products with their special mops but there are always streaks after I clean. I also have a collie who drools and these products do not clean where she has drooled.

Some punk kid wrote all over my car with permanet marker, does anyone have any clue how to get this up? I hate to stiff his parents with a new paint job bill, but I will if I have too.

We have large evergreens in our front yard. They are as tall as our 1.5 story house. I'd like to put Christmas lights on them but don't know the best way of doing that. A ladder seems out of the question because I couldn't lean it on anything. Maybe a long pole with a hook? If so, do they sell such a thing? If I made one what should I make it out of? Here are two pictures of the trees in my latest blog entry: http://www.donnyspi.com/blog/

the basin overflows and then i have to wet vac up the mess. my wife seems to be resistant to cleaning the lint out of the drain filter for every load. could i just leave the drain filter out permanently if they only thing being dumped into the basin is washing machine water and dirty water from when i flush the furnace? could either of these things eventually seriously clog the pipes if i leave the filter out?

I just want an educated guess from anyone who knows anything about house moving. It is a 1800 sq ft house (new) and would need to be moved about 20 miles away.

We moved here 4 years ago and they filled in an old timey well whole about 5 ft wide and it had dirt wall not like the new ones that have cement walls. The people finishing the house filled it in with dirt and packed it. It did fine for about 2 years and for some idiotic reason my husband parked a nonrunning car on top of it, and of course it started sinking. We filled it with dirt again and 8 mos. later sinking again. He brought home a bob cat, filled it with dirt and packed it good and here we are a year later and it's sinking again. I'm really afraid because I have 3 small children and I want to take care of this problem for good before one of them gets hurt or stuck or God only knows what. Any help or experiences you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I put all the patches on with something called "Sew No More". It come in a tube and is milky white and dries clear..almost rubbery. Well I had to take off all the patches due to putting them in the wrong place, and now I cant get the glue off! I tried nail polish remover (w/acetone) which started to disolve it but not very well. I also tried alcohol, Goo Gone, an eraser, and washing it in HOT water to no avail. Any more things I can try before I go out and buy another vest?
thanks for any ideas :)

The builders doing my wetroom have totally screwed up and I'm looking for some evidence to prove it's their fault.

I've had a wedi board put down and tiled on top. The drain for the board has a metal grate which is supposed to be edge sealed. Supposed to be... The water has forced it's way under the tiles and soaked the board which must now be replaced (£400), the wall joining the bedroom/bathroom is 96% damp and the downstairs neighbour has a brown damp stain all over her ceiling.

I need someone, first to tell me I'm right, and second to point me in the right direction for literature or website stating the drain guard must be sealed.

All sensible responses gratefully recieved.
