my dog took her rawhide chewy on the couch the other day and chewed it their. and well now i have a big white spot of rawhide/saliva on my couch. whats the best way of cleaninig it?

Most fabrics can be cleaned with a steam cleaner. You will need to do a test on the fabric to see if you can clean it. Be careful with what product you uses (neutral PH carpet cleaning solution is good) or Dawn dishwashing liquid (2 or 3 drops into one cup of water)
First you will need to do is a test.
To do the test spray the cleaner, using the back edge of the cushion spray a spot about the size of a quarter and wipe it with a white towel and let it dry on it’s own.
If you get colour transfer onto the towel it is not safe to clean.
If there is no change in colour and no watermark then it is safe to clean.
If there is a watermark but no colour change it is safe to clean only thing is you will need to clean the whole thing.( to stop watermarks)
If you decide to clean it DO NOT do a lot of scrubbing on the fabric because you can damage the fabric.
If you decide to spot clean only you can use a hair dryer to speed up the drying (less chance of leaving a watermark).
If you clean the whole sofa you are probably best to set up a fan to help dry the sofa.

On mine I used warm water and a tiny drop of laundry soap. And then a soft washcloth and rubbed in circles lightly. Then just let it dry and after dry rub your hand across it to make it uniform in color. If the couch is truly fake suede then this wont hurt it.

even as your doing artwork artwork try to be on a table, with paper towel down on it, purely in case you spill something. sure your mom is ideal, If she permits you to artwork on the settee, that is as a lot as you to be responsible and watch what your doing twist of destiny or not. NOW blend a million cup of water and a million/2 cup of rubbing alcohol and a squirt of dish washing detergent and get a smooth textile and rub gently on the ink which could do it.
