Place a cloth (wash cloth, hanky) between your pants and the wax and put your iron on high. Press. It should pull the wax to the other cloth. If not, I think you'll neet a pair of new pants.

Like candle wax? First, place a paper towel over the affected section, then with a lukewarm iron, gently heat the wax. because of the fact the wax warms and melts, the paper towel ought to easily take up it.

I got candle wax on my clothes once before. I just held the garment under scolding hot water...it took it right out.

man, this just happened to me! i know what to do! just lay your pants flat, put a paper towel on the waxy part, and iron it! the heat will make the wax melt and the paper towel will absorb and it will come right off. you will probably need to wash it afterwards, but it should work. this also works on carpet.

Put it in the freezer, or put a towel over it and use a hot iron.
