Since I moved here to Alabama from California, I have put several things out in the yard to attract the squirrels to come and eat but to no avail. What do you suggest?

I have a full size stacker Kenmore Washer/Dryer unit that is about 2 years old and I was wondering if there is any way possible to use it in my apartment with standard electrical outlets (3 small prongs). The plug on the machine is of course different. Is there a way to buy something or do something to it. Adapter? Bigger fuses for extra pull on electric? Or am I just out of luck. Thank you

I put this new fan/light in a couple years ago. The other night I was sitting in the room with the fan and light on and it just shut off, the fan and the light. I can't get either one to come on now. It's not a burned out bulb or fuse and it's not because the switch is off.

I am redecorating a room in my church that was an office but will now be a nursery. I have tried hot water & Zif and also a wallpaper steamer. The paper comes off eventually but in tiny strips and pieces and I am afraid of damaging the drywall with the steamer. I've taken off wallpaper before in my home and it was not this bad. I have managed to remove paper from one small wall and am considering painting over the wall paper on the remaining walls because it is so hard to remove. Any suggestions?

We are in the process of purchasing a new home. It is a brick home, but with that 90's kind of style. It is all one color and a dark red which neither my husband or I really care for. What can we do to change the look? I've seen some of the newer brick homes that look like the mortar is spread all over the brick as if it is being used as a texture right over the brick. It breaks up the color a bit and looks a little more modern. We don't want to paint, because we think we might have the wrong style of home for this. Any good ideas? We live in the DFW area of Texas where brick homes are very common.

Thanks in advance.

The bottom of my coach purse is suede and is dirty from sitting on the ground and just regular wear. Does anyone know how to remove this? I haven't tried anything. I don't know if water will stain it or not, or if I should just use some dish soap and water or what. Please help.
