Pork loin stays more moist if cooked in an oven setting. I have cooked them on the grill, though, with excellent results. My best recommendation is to cook in oven and finish on grill.

first prepare a beer bath alumni pan for the bootom of the grill. then place coals around the pan. place the pork loin directly on the grill over the pan. the steam from the beer will make you have a juicy tender pork loin. just remeber to keep the lid down on the grill.

just wrap it up in heavy duty foil, usually about 5 times this will keep the moisture in. don't forget to put some marinade in with it before you wrap it
