Insecticide will get rid of the ones that are there now. The trick is to keep more from entering your house in the future. "Noseeums" can easily fit through regular window screening. You need to rescreen your window and door screens with special screening that prevents their entry. This is not a difficult or expensive job, although you might want to pay a local hardware store to do it for you. You can lood at the screen at any Lowe's or Home Depot as well as your local neighborhood hardware store.

Good luck with your problem.

I had them in Florida, but never too many inside the house, are you sure they are no see ums? It could be sand gnats, they bite hard too, but leave a small red dot on your skin. Check with a hardware store or home improvement center for help with sprays.

They are attracted to light, so you could light a candle and turn off all of the lights. They will fly right in.

If you have fruit flies, (they are sometimes mistaken for noceums), then use a disposable bowl, fill halfway with mashed bananas, cover with saran wrap and poke some small holes in the wrap. When they all get stuck in the bowl, throw it out.

Open all windows and spray windex......one squirt in each room and see them leave. They eventually will come back...still trying to figure out how to keep them out. Someone said Ortho Home defense spray....worked. Going to try that after the Raid bomb. =(
