Insecticide will get rid of the ones that are there now. The trick is to keep more from entering your house in the future. "Noseeums" can easily fit through regular window screening. You need to rescreen your window and door screens with special screening that prevents their entry. This is not a difficult or expensive job, although you might want to pay a local hardware store to do it for you. You can lood at the screen at any Lowe's or Home Depot as well as your local neighborhood hardware store.

Good luck with your problem.
