Find the switch in the circuit breaker panel for the jacuzzi and flip the switch to OFF turn off the power to it.

Locate and turn off the water supply lines.

Viola, you're done!

umm just a note to the first answer.... a portable spa doesnt have water supply lines.

It is a self contained unit, no pluming hookups, and the pump just plugs into an outside outlet.

Most brands have a safety shut off switch, when you open the door to the pump area, they will normally shut off. All you should have to do to disconnect it, is unplug the cord.

If the spa is hardwired, somebody circumvented the building codes, but there should be an outside electrical box, in this case. Ultimately, the spa should be on its own circuit breaker.... but if whoever connected has already broken building codes by hardwiring it, I wouldnt bet on it being on its own circuit either. Last resort... go to your circuit panel, and shut off each circuit one by one, until you find the correct one. Hopefully, it's labeled.

Good Luck!
