I am trying to sell my home and my realtor wants me to ask $73 per square foot when the lowest asking price in the subdivision is $98 per square foot. The house is 5 years old, all brick, on a beautiful lot with a creek running through it, and nice on the inside. The flip side is it is the only 2 story house in the subdivision, and is 2300 square feet when the other houses for sale in this subdivision have about half that square footage. I would like to know how much less our house is actually worth being the biggest house in the neighborhood?

What was the procedure? Was it worth it. I have an old engagement ring that I want to get rid of. Would it be better to sell it on eBay? I don't know anything about it as far as the 3 c's or anything.

I accidentely put a sharpie mark right down the middle of the visor. It is cloth and there is a sticker type thing that has the directions for the seat belt or something like that. I have no idea what kinda material that the manufacturer used to have it stick there. I don't want to take off the manufacturer sticker thingy...but I DO want the sharpie g o n e.

I'm out of liquid laundry detergent (gain or tide), and the only soaps I have in the house are Prell shampoo and a bar of Ivory soap. Will those work well in the washing machine if I use a three of four tablespoons of Prell and a small amount of shavings from the bar of Ivory soap?

So I'm trying to sand the peeling paint off an old door, and I'm not too sure what to do. My dad didnt leave any instructions. I've taken the door off it's hinges, brought it into my garage and put it onto a workbench. The only sander I could find is a Black and Decker "finishing" sander, with a 1/4 inch sheet. Do I need a coarser grain? Should I sand the paint off by hand with a coarse paper, and then finish it with the sander? Please help!!
