Is it worth the trouble of taking it back and complaining? Has anyone any experiences of making a fuss when DIY products don't do what it says on the tin?

Is there a natural way to rid a garden of blight? My tomatos all got "late" blight and it's my understanding that the blight will now be in the soil when I plant next year. I don't want to use harsh chemicals that would be dangerous to the environment, people and animals. (yes, the deer love my tomatos too!) I live in Michigan and my neighbors do not have gardens. Any suggestions?

My cousin has turquoise tile in her bath room. She wants to leave it as she doesn't have the money to change it. Her floor , toylet and sink are white. What color would look good on the walls. She liked a pale yellow. I thought maybe a creamy white. But there are so many whites and yellows Does any one actally know a brand of paint and a color to use that would look good.? It doesn't have to be in the white or yellow family. Just so it looks good. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

we are moving into a house and we have an washer and electric dryer...there is a gas hookup in the basement for the dryer but i want to know if we can still use our electric dryer instead. i don't really want to pay for a brand new gas dryer as the washer/dryer set is new and was a gift.

I have heard that it can cause chemical actions harmful to fish. Is this true? Or is this just a ploy by the sellers of pond liners?

My husband works for a car dealership in the service department. He is always getting grease on his clothes and I can't seem to find anything that will take it out. I have tried Dawn, Shout, and several other stain removing items but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a home remedy that works?

My wife dumped I would say a little over a cup of melted candle wax down our toilet and flushed it away. No surprise, it now is clogged up badly. :) It can barely take liquids at all, even a piece of toilet paper is enough to cause it not to get rid of all the water.

I tried plungering it forever to no avail, and also tried some foaming liquid plumber type stuff, also with no luck. Any suggestions on how to fix this? :( Thanks much!

I want to paint my room, and I want to know exactly what I need to buy.
Here is what I already have:
Paint
Brushes(small, medium, and large)
Roller
Two large tarps(for the bed and the desk)

Are any of these unnecessary? Also, how much paint is needed per square foot?
Thanks for your help!
