This happened to us not too long ago as well. The best solution we found is to toss out all boxed food items and items in opened containers/bags with the exception of stuff like tupperware, clear out the pantry wipe it down with disenfectant and hope that there aren't any eggs being grown in your oatmeal (moths love to breed and eat in oatmeal and other like items).
