Probably between $200 and $300, depending on how many flights of stairs I have to carry the doors, how easy it is to get the old door out, whether the hole in the wall was still good or the right size and whether or not I had to haul off the old door. May be more than that in a big city just because prices are higher there, and the price of gas has risen so much. It costs more to be in business there. I would also charge quite a bit more to do any painting if I had to do that.
If I thought I might not like you I may charge double that so you would go ahead and hire someone else.

With a little care you can replace the existing door frame and trim without damaging the wall paper or wall paint. It just takes a little care. I know because I have done it. If you are going to hang a new door anyway, you'll find that installing a new prehung door is a lot less work than trying to fit a new door to an existing frame. You will have to match the hinges to the existing frame and the lock/door knob as well.

Totally depends on who you ask.
It takes about 4 hours to hang a framed, replacement exterior door if you know what you are doing, plus a little more for casing, painting, door knobs, deadbolt, etc.
That said, labor prices will range from $15/hour for unlicensed handymen who may just screw it up to $400 flat from a licensed contractor who may still screw it up, but at least you can get him to come back and fix it for free. If you go to Home Depot, Lowe's, and similar, they'll charge about $350.
If you are generally handy and have a helper/son/daughter/wife/neighbor, you can read how to hang a door on the web and do it yourself in under a day, but it'd help to have some tools--a reciprocating saw, for one.
Oh, and goes without saying to not swap the door when it's going to rain. Contractors don't care, but you should.
