I speak from actual experience on this one - do not put it in the washer -- unless you like neither the washer or the tent. Set tent up, get out your car washing gear and a hose and start scrubbing at the top, then outside, inside last. Zip doors shut but leave screens open and leave the top cover off until everything dries out, you might have to sweep a few small corpses, but it'll be ready to use again. Good luck and don't loan things to family!!

It's possible but definitely not a good idea. Especially if your washing machine has one of those agitators in the center, it can rip the whole tent to pieces.
Best thing to do is set it up outside, get yourself a bucket of Simple Green, and wash the whole thing down. Then take a hose and rinse it. Turn it around to get all the water out and leave it out to air dry.
Hey, an be kind to your dad. We all do boneheaded things from time to time.

Ohmygosh, no! Not unless you want to buy yourself a new tent!
Set it back up, give it a good sweep and/or vacuum, inside and out. The fabric they're made of really doesn't hold on to any kind of stains at all, so if it's dry, anything in/on it will just sweep right off.

Just be sure to take the sticks out. Wash in cold water only and in one of those really big machines. Hang to dry...do not put in the automatic dryer...it would shrink and you would not be able to set it back up again.

I would say take it to a laundry mat and put it in a one of their big front load washers on a very gentle cycle OR better yet spray it down with water and hang it up on the fence to dry OR take it to the cleaners. OR you could take it to a do it yourself carwash and use their high pressured water on it because it also has soap in it.

You can, zip up all the doors, and if you put it in the dryer, just air dry it. No heat. It is possible your tent will melt.

If the tent survives, the machine will not!

Depends upon the size of the machine and the size of your tent.
If you think they are compatible, yes you can wash it.
Good Luck
