How does one go about "tearing down" an empty lot?

You can't tear down a lot that is already empty. Did you mean that the lot next to you is going to have a house built on it? I don't know if you can stop that but the only thing that I can think of is if you actually purchase the lot yourself..

Do you mean a house next to yours being torn down? Anyway, eminent domain may be the culprit. Is your local government putting a road there or some gov't facility? Check your city hall for permits that have been let to work there and once you find the source of the work you can pursue in court if you think there is some merit. Hope this helps.

Well you cant tear down an empty lot. You can only build on it, but anyways.

Learn some old 60's songs on an acoustic guitar, then get alot of people that like the lot to to sit in a circle and kum-by-ya!

If i spelled that wrong im sorry.
