Should I order online or go to a physical store location here in Montreal? If I order online, are there Canadian websites, or must I pay in American dollars? For that matter, should I go with the silicone or the latex?

yesterday i wrote down a strict dieting plan. saying that at 4:30am to 6:00am i can eat a large amount of food. after that i do not eat until 9:00pm. and if i break this rule. i will have to punish myself. like no eating for 3 extra hours. i need to loose my body fat. i wanna look sexy in a nice bikini. and wanna fit into my old clothes again. i want people to stop calling me fat. what punishment is suitable for me

I just got the Mirena IUD put in yesterday and I was wondering if anybody had any feedback on what I should expect (this is my first IUD)? Side effects, issues, or positive comments! I'm looking to hear from people who have had a personal experience with Mirena, I've already done all the research and I've read the informational literature put out by Mirena US. Thanks!!

Has anyone here ever had period like bleeding come about a week and a half late while pregnant {I know it's possible, have a whole family history of it} but their tests didn't come up positive until like a week or 2 after the bleeding? then ya didn't have any symptoms until a while after you found out you were pregnant? I had some bleeding a week and a half after I was late, and took a test and I don't know if my mind was playign tricks on me, but there was a faint faint unseeable unless staring at it line. My period was very weird. I am planning on testing again then getting a blood test. Anyone have what I asked? I finished actually bleeding on the 22 or 23 the I was having dark brown heavy spotting til the 24th. Now I am completely done. I tested on Saturday. And yes I know all about time limits and evap lines, cuz I am trying to conceive! Oh and I also had a chemical pregnancy back In August/September.

during sexual relations it feels good and through oral stimulation I reach a point where I can't take it any more becuase it feels so good and make my partner stop but I have never reached a climax where the good feeling has built up and exploded and now it is over. I have an extreme case of hormone imbalance, I have hair on my face back,and breast. I used to be very attractive, I was voted most attractive in high skool,Now,I gained 60-75 pounds in 3 years,& I'm very hairy. i don't take the time to invest in my looks because I feel what does it matter, I have a beard I can only wear t-shirts 2 my neck (chest hair) I no longer care about what I dress like. When we get in public, for an example we were in a crowded elevator, and my aunt said, 'Oh lord, u look so nasty today. Fix ur hair!" and my younger sister said 'Fat and Nasty" The ppl in the elevator just giggle, I said nothing. I practice daily grooming habits, I bath twice a day, but I don't see the need in dressing nice (t-shirts and sweats) or doing my hair (ponytails)
If u would have seen me when i was 13-17 I was gorgeous. I've gained so much weight and I have polycystic ovaries, so Ive got tons of hair everywhere and I've lost my hourglass figure. How can I make myself love myself again?

Well....im 15 and when the pms comes around i get very depressed and suicidal. I have bad mood swings and get angry easily. I just stay in my room for most of the day sleeping and stuff. and i have very stong cravings for sweets. A couple of days after i start menses everything goes away. Is the normal pms? or something else?

I'm currently on a low dose birth control pill. I've been taking the pill for three years now (since I've been married). I'm in my early twenties and my husband and I feel that we may be ready to start trying to conceive. It sounds weird but we're going to start trying in August. So how long should I be off of the pill before we try? Is their a good chance that I won't be able to get pregnant? *family history is that the women in my family are "fertile myrtles". They get pregnant the first time without any protection. * Any thoughts?

you could say im lucky but i have never suffered from period pains or breast pain in my life i could never tell when my period was coming which often led me to leak when i was in public, however this month i had the most painful pains ever i couldnt even stand up......... have i got something wrong with me???

One of my specialist Doctors says "no" (gynae) the other says "yes" (haematologist). I asked them to consult with each other but it ended up in a screaming match between the two of them. My levels are way above lab normals for a man and info on the web suggests it is not a good situation.

my CKD is dropping. It was 36 and now 29 over a period of 4/5 weeks. Waiting to see a specialist but is there anything I can be doing to help myself. Iam feeling very tired , sickly and jaundice a lot. Ifeel itchy a lot , is this anything to do with CKD 4 No appetite. Can any body help.

I am taking birth control pills to prevent pregnancy and I recently heard that taking prenatal vitamins can help the growth of my hair and nails ((which is what i want)) so i want to start taking them, but will this decrease the effectiveness of the birth control pill or is it ok to take them together?? the prenatal vitamin is to help the growth of my hair and nails, i'm not pregnant.
