No, probably not. You're just suffering like the rest of us now! :)
When was your last pap smear? You might need to see a doctor just to make sure everything's going ok. But my periods fluctuate each month in terms of pain. One month I'll be doubled over with cramps & have horrible headaches, the next month I'll be ok with very subtle cramping.
Good luck! Get a heating pad, chocolate & Sex and the City. ALWAYS works for me. :)

There is a thing called PMDD Ihad the same thing when i was younger i wouldn't know when I started then after I started takeing the pill i had horrible symptoms Id cry from the pain. I was diagnosed with Pmdd and sometimes when you have a hormonal imbalance you do notice the symptoms like you woul on a normal month.

You could just be dehydrated or have low blood sugar. Eat a lot of chocolate and drink a lot of clear fluids. If you want, use an over the counter remedy like midol or pamprin. I tend to not choose the medicinal route when it comes to my period. I figured out that I can control the pain with things like what I said above. Once you figure out what something does to your body, you can figure out better ways to take care of it.

No, theres nothing wrong, when i first started my period i had no signs of starting, what so ever, no pains at all, even better i was at the county fair, and i was wearing tan jeans!....but after my next few periods i started getting the WORST cramps n pains ever i can barely move sometimes. It all depends on when you started your period though. if your still younger than your still adjusting to the menstrual cycle and your hormones.

When I first got mine, I was in so much pain the first day, I had trouble going to school. Sometimes I'd have to go outside and get some air cause of the pain. Found out years later that I had endometriosis, cysts on the ovaries. It's quite common and they are benign. I would go to an OB/GYN and have them check you out!
