Should I order online or go to a physical store location here in Montreal? If I order online, are there Canadian websites, or must I pay in American dollars? For that matter, should I go with the silicone or the latex?

I would advise buying a silicone cup - Keeper have poor customer services, underhanded in their competitiveness, they are not suitable for vegans, leave a rubber smell/taste to your vagina, cannot be boiled, and it isn't as easy to see the blood in the cup to judge flow or for cleaning – Divacup in particular because of their 12 month money-back guarantee, which is much longer than the guarantee period for Mooncup or Lunette.

As for Canadian specific shopping, I'm not Canadian myself but my advice would be to shop online because often they are more expensive in stores as menstrual cups are not products that bring in big revenue.

I know shopping around online in the US is a great idea, there are a lot of places online that do good deals, I believe the best at the moment is this site - http://betterlife.com/prod_home_page.asp?prod_id=25057 – selling them for $18.99!

As I say I am not Canadian so I'd not be sure of anywhere myself, you could always go to the menstrual cup support community on Livejournal.com to ask the ladies there if they know of anywhere to get them cheap, Ebay is another idea.

I would order on line. Below is the web site, I dont use this product believe that silicone is always better than latex, latex seems to hold more bacteria.
