When kidney function declines quickly ie over weeks it is best to get a specialist opinion in case there is a specific cause e.g. kidney stones, medication. The tiredness and sickly feeling caould be related to your kidney function. I am not aware of jaundice being involved - it is normally from liver disease. However patients i have seen have been a sort of greyish colour.

Has your gp assessed your medications for other things yet to ensure nothing there which could be worsening it. The specialist will be able to organise scans to see if stones are part of the problem.

Good luck
