I think you should talk to a doctor about this. It is not normal to have suicidal thoughts. Maybe they can prescribe you an antidepressant. I have heard of people taking antidepressants only around their time of the month.

Well it not normal to feel suicidal but it is normal to have bad mood swings and cravings for sweets. I'm the same way. Except that when I'm PMSing no one can get near me cause I get really aggressive. My ObGyn advised me to get a punching bag when I get aggressive and just start punching till I get tired and relive all my anger.

Dont worry im 15 im the SAME way, not exactly suicidal really its just your hormones go crazy. i crave sweets ALL the time, and i just become a total ***** and just wanna cry and then just shoot myself cuz i just become to outta wack. but if you tend to still think about the whole suicide thing when ur not pms'ing then talk to a doc. because you might have depression or be Bipolar. and b4 i started my meds (Lamictal and seroqual) and i was PMSing i was psycho, and now that im on my meds i dont freak out AS MUCH as i did.

you're too young to have that kind of "too much PMS" syndrome. i'm sorry for that but i think that's not normal. it's taking all your energy and destroy your day. you can't live your whole life just staying in your room when you have PMS... maybe you should consult a doctor... it would cost a bit but i think it's worth it. your mood is extreme, maybe something's wrong with that...

Not normal, you shouldn't feel suicidal. You may have some hormone problems. See an OB/GYN.
