my girlfriend just started taking Yaz about 9 days ago and has had her period for about 8 days... at first it was normal and about 3 - 4 days in it stopped for a few hours then came back slowly...now it is day 8 and she is still only at the point where she has to replace her tampon about once a day...keep in mind these are super plus tampons... is this a possible reaction to the pill? has it happened to anyone else out there?/?

is it ok to do both? im really sick with a sinus infection and its the second week im sick. last week i had a 103 fever and couldnt get out of bed. the only thing to cure my infection is antibiotics, but they always give me yeast infections. valentines day is coming up and i want a romantic evening with my boyfriend. what would happen if i had sex while i have an yeast infection? is it a bad idea all together?

Serious answers only please! For the last year or so i have only needed to poo maybe once a week. It's not that i'm constipated, because i don't feel the need to go anymore often. But when i do it they are a bit big and it really REALLY hurts!! My boyfriend suggested it may be because my metabolism has slowed down. Does anyone know why this might happen and is there anything i can do because i dread going to the toilet?!

This is just my second time but I just got done with it a couple weeks ago. I'm five months pregnant. I only sleep with my husband, and the last time was when I got pregnant. Whats the batieria thing? How do you get that and would it do anything to the baby?

Im 28 and when i was 15 i was abused by grandfather (who also abused someone else in family) he went to prison served time but i cant forget let alone move on, i feel trapped this last yr i have moved on i know im a survivour but... im so angry so depressed and hate my boobs i mean really hate them.I am currently under a psc doc who i see every 6weeks but i need to pass this any ideas as im sat here crying not knowing what to do, i feel alone

I am still feeling pain, not a sever but it is very uncomfortable. I had bands of scar tissue detatched from my uterus and other organs(from what i was told). My uterus was also being pulled to the left. I went back to my doctor because of pain I was experencing during bowel movement, deep in my core. I feel like my doctor thinks that I am crazy she told me that her normal patient would heal in 5 days. I am not....It is much better, but not even 80%. I am scared to tell her because she makes me feel like a hypo......LONG STORY SORRY....Has any one experienced the same thing, if so what was the outcome. Do some just heal slower.

i have sat with my legs crossed at the knee probably starting when i was around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, and always with the same leg right over left. eventually after a long period of crossing, my top leg gets numb. i have heard that crossing your legs can cause vein problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont have any at all, but is this true that it is bad? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?

Ok so I know that the daily Vaginal discharge is normal, I have no odors or anything like that, the problem is that it is excessive. I mean I know its not healthy to wear tampons everyday but i have to because I am so uncomfortable because of the discharge. I don't know what to do, I just would like it to be less or happen like normal people and only at certain times of the month. It is so much everyday and it bothers me to the point where i think i am going crazy and I am really embarassed about it. What can I do??

when i feel ill with period pains he always asks me whats the matter and i say nothing then he says 'is it that time of the month?' and im like yeah and if this happens at his house and we are gonna go out he is just like if you feel bad we dont have to go out we will stay in and watch tv, and he will get me a paracetamol and a cup of tea do you think that is sweet? considering he is a boy but the worst thing is we go to a private school and have had to move but we moved to the same school, except there is a boys school and girls school and they are like not connected atall, he promised me we would be friends forever but how can i be sure we will not fall apart???????? because he is the best friend i have ever had in my life

Is it possible to stop menstruation permanently without having a hysterectomy? And if I had a hysterectomy would that screw up my sex life? I simply detest my periods and never want another one and never want to have kids. Any ideas?

since iv had my 8 month old baby girl iv had 2 periods. Im quite worried now as my stomach has swelled so much it looks like im 6 months pregnant WHICH IM NOT . I have checked several times. I need to know if this is my period b/c Feb. 9, I noticed a about an inch of brown sticky,mucusy stuff in my panties and the next day i had about 2 inches of it and now today I have had back cramps and about 1/2 to 1 spoonful of that brown stuff. And when I wipe it is mucusy. Is that my first period????? Or is it showing i am fixing to get my period.
