Might be some kind of infection or it could just be irritated. Try a cream like Vagisil for the itch and if it doesn't go away in a few days, see a doctor.

This could be a number of things. It could be an abscess/infection that you developed; maybe from shaving or just blockage of a sebaceous gland. You may have a yeast infection. It might also be some allergic reaction to a tampon, pad, soap or underwear. If it is bothering you, go see your gynecologist.

Probably an outer yeast infection. Try some yeast infection cream medication, as it absorbs in the skin faster and works longer.

MAYBE AN ABSCESS IF SO YOU WILL NEED ANTIBIOTICS, IF YOU LEAVE IT TOO LONG YOU MAY NEED TO GET IT LANCED.
COULD ALSO BE A SEBACEOUS CYST.

OR MAYBE A BOIL, TRY MASSAGING WITH TEA TREE OR WITCH HAZEL, WILL HELP TRY TO BRING THE INFECTION TO THE SURFACE (FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON LABEL)
