Ok so I know that the daily Vaginal discharge is normal, I have no odors or anything like that, the problem is that it is excessive. I mean I know its not healthy to wear tampons everyday but i have to because I am so uncomfortable because of the discharge. I don't know what to do, I just would like it to be less or happen like normal people and only at certain times of the month. It is so much everyday and it bothers me to the point where i think i am going crazy and I am really embarassed about it. What can I do??

You will get a lot more discharge when you are ovulating--that is natural, and also helps us to know when we are ovulating--to help get pregnant, or avoid pregnancy. Like all the previous posters said--don't use the tampons, it just isn't healthy. You should ovulate approx 14 days from the fist day of your last period--plan those days ahead, and wear a pantyliner. We produce discharge for lubrication for sex, so you may see more discharge if you are thinking about that too. Try not to stress about it, it is totally normal, but if you start noticing an odor or yellowish-green color, then you should see a dr.

Using tampons every day is NOT a good idea. You can harvest bacteria by using them on a daily basis. Your PH level may be off. If you are sexually active, try the old flush out method with a disp. cleaning system ( you know the name) The same old teaching by our mother front to back cleaning and pads only( i can't believe i just typed that) If the discharge is heavy and itchy you really need to see your MD. If it's bothering you this much You may be relileved to get a professional answer, so you won't be bothered with this anymore. Lots of luck!

Lighten up. If you think there is a problem, for starters don't soak it up with a tampon. Use a panty liner, its healthier. Is this years long or is it recent? If recent and quite unusual you should probably check with a health provider, preferably not a western medicine practitioner as they are too industrial. Keep stuff out of there that does not belong in there (chemicals, douches, sauces, etc.). It cleans itself and clitty litter is part of the process. If its clear to whitish (even beigish) and does not stink, learn to like it. Men do. Consider yourself as slightly prelubed and ready.

The best thing to do is talk to your OB/GYN about this. You may have Bacterial Vaginosis which is caused by an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. This sometimes causes alot of discharge.
